IEEE journal article rules
- Initials then surname; up to six authors, seven or more → first author et al.
- Article title in double quotation marks, sentence case.
- Abbreviated journal title in italics, then vol., no., pp., month and year.
- End with the DOI as “doi: 10.xxxx/…”.
