AMA website rules

  1. Author (or organisation), page title, then the website name — none of them italicised.
  2. Give “Published Month Day, Year” and/or “Updated Month Day, Year” if shown.
  3. Always give “Accessed Month Day, Year.” before the URL.
  4. The URL ends the reference with no full stop.
