IEEE website rules
- Author or organisation, then the page title in double quotation marks.
- Website name follows the title (italics are not required for web sites in IEEE).
- Finish with “Accessed: Mon. DD, YYYY. [Online]. Available: URL”.
- Do not put a full stop after the URL — it could be read as part of the address.

Start with the organisation that published the page; if there is none, start with the page title in quotation marks.
Does an IEEE website citation need a date accessed?
Yes. Web content changes, so IEEE asks for the date you accessed it before “[Online]. Available:”.
What is the in-text citation for a website in IEEE?
The same as any other source: a bracketed number, e.g. [4], in the order of first citation.
